Payment is due in full upon pick-up of your pet.  Sorry, no exceptions

A "No Show" fee will be applied for all cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

When dropping off your pet, please let us know of any medical condtions or problems that have developed since your pet's last appointment.   

If you are unable to schedule pick-up before closing time and your pet must spend the night, there will be a kennel charge for the day.

• From Monday through Saturday, kennel check out time is 11:00 AM.  After 11:00 AM, there will be a charge for an additional day.

• When a pet is boarded from Saturday to Sunday, there is always a charge for both days.
